Summary: The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for the development and implementation of all human resources strategies for North America and Asia-Pacific locations with dotted line responsibility for EMEA locations. The VP of HR will report to the CEO and work closely with the compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition teams.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements HR strategies to support the company's key business initiatives
  • Fosters and maintains a strong relationship with key business partners
  • Provides thought leadership and partners with business and HR leadership to address organizational issues affecting business performance
  • Stays current on all legislative changes impacting the organization and ensures the appropriate change management tactics are in place as best practices or policies are implemented
  • Develops strategies and tactics to ensure the organization has the necessary talent to meet growth objectives
  • Ensures business processes and tools are in place to enhance HR operational efficiency, enhance selection, and improve the candidate experience, with support from the Recruiting Manager
  • Identifies field talent gaps and works with senior leaders to meet business needs
  • Leads efforts to execute the enterprise talent initiatives, such as our talent review, performance reviews, etc.
  • Provides feedback and development opportunities for the field human resources team
  • Manage the Benefits and compensation functions to develop progressive and pro-active programs that assist in attracting and retaining top talent
  • Designs and develops employee relations policies and procedures for the organization, so that a healthy, pro-employee work environment is guaranteed
  • Works with leaders and HR team to look at adverse trends in turnover, and develops and executes strategies to address issues

Education and/or Experience:

  • BS degree in HR, Business, or equivalent
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Evidence of ongoing HR learning and certifications
  • 15+ years of HR experience; 3+ years at a Vice President-level or above
  • Experience in a growth organization a plus
